Unfortunately, we are no longer enrolling new participants.
If you are interested in learning how to meditate, here are some resources:
- UConn Mindfulness Club – meets Fridays 2-3pm in S.U room 325, all are welcome to show up for a meeting
- Mindfulness Group Meditation that meets Wednesdays 12-12:30, Arjona 403, open to all students/faculty/staff (https://counseling.uconn.edu/meditation-neurofeedback/)
- Trying a meditation app, such as 10% Happier, Calm, or Headspace, and using the free trial.
